Joseph Murray, D.D.S.
Dr. Murray is a graduate of Howard University where he received his B.S. degree in psychology and zoology. He attended Howard university College of Dentistry and received his DDS degree in 1982. He immediately joined the U.S. Army where he served three years as a Captain in the U.S. Dental Corps.
Dr. Murray started in private practice 1986 and has continued to be very active in his community where he has received community excellence rewards, he headed the "Good Deed Contest" for school aged kids.
Dr. Murray is a continuous student of the practice of dentistry, always advancing himself and keeping abreast of the most
hi-tech and cutting edge procedures. He is one of the first Diplomat in the world renowned International Congress of Oral Implantologists in the State of Georgia. He is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentist, the American Dental association, Academy of General Dentistry and the Georgia dental Association.
He practices dentistry with the utmost care and concern for his patients by educating them on the benefits of good oral health and the importance of dental health relative to our overall health. He also owns and directs the Atlanta Institute of Dental Careers, a training institute teaching people to become dental assistants
and office personnel for the profession of dentistry.
His hobbies include photography, art collecting, reading and traveling
He is happily married to his wife Celeste for eighteen years, the father of three children, Jovanni, Jhovan and Christina.
